The Charter

Last Sunday kicked-off the nouveau-politico platitudes of media homage to mark the twenty-fifth year of the newest sacred cow of the socialist left, “The Charter of Rights and Freedoms”.
Excuse me while I bow and scrape, prostrating myself in humility before the sacrosanct graven image of “The Charter”. Let none be blasphemous enough to question the authority of its origin, it’s all encompassing values of the multi-culturalist inclusiveness.
The champion of human rights, the beleaguered and down-trodden, the host of victims made criminals by mean-spirited, the real perpetrator of evil, you and me.

How did we manage to struggle through 115 years of the British North America Act as our only means to govern the affairs of our dominion? We did it with simple easy and the calm and assurance that justice was served in the nation and for that length of time the disquiet of but a few dissenters were heard.
Those who knew that the surreptitious incremental change of “the quiet revolution” was slowly but steadily gaining momentum, shaping our destiny and regardless of intention of design, not for the long term good of our nation.

This Charter was drafted by Jean Cretien then Minister of Justice in the court of Pierre Elliot Trudeau at the time of its infancy.
Years later liberal justice appointee Bertha Wilson made a landmark precedent which would change Canada’s ability too control its own immigration laws, by ruling in favor of the statute that anyone regardless of their character, when within 200 nautical miles of her borders would inherit all the rights and freedoms granted of one who was born and raise here by natural birthright.http://migration.ucdavis.edu/rs/more.php?id=158_0_2_0

The Charter’s real purpose was to annoint the Judicial system when invoked as governing body of the Nation, and thus relegate Canada’s Parliament to the stature of hand-maiden in waiting, subjugated to the will and whim of the Supreme Court.

The dread tumultuous “Not Withstanding Clause” too terrible the wrath to be suffered would become the illegitimate child distained, reviled, and unwanted by any to be the first claimed the offspring of their loins.
So what will apprehend the onsought of undesirerables entring through the gay portal of opportunity so graciously granted by liberal Wilson?

What would stop an Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, an Dr. Ayman Muhammad Rabaie al-Zawahiril, or Osama bin Muhammad bin 'Awad bin Laden himself from entering disguised, and from gaining asylum under the our irrational and most deadly flawed Charter of Rights and Freedoms?

Do not presume to tell me that this sceanario could never come to pass under a socialist reign, as we have been witness to every kind of corrruption known in the free world in the lasty forty years under such illusion.

It can and will happen here unless steps are immediately take to close up the bleach in our erronious and willful destruction.
